What if my phone is lost or stolen?

If your mobile phone is lost or stolen, no one can access your account without knowing your security code, and, in some cases, your unique user name. To prevent unauthorized access to your account, you can deactivate your phone in Internet Banking at Healthcare Plus FCU.

To deactivate Mobiliti on your phone, go to Internet Banking at Healthcare Plus FCU and access the Mobiliti pages. On the My Phones page, find the phone number and select the option Stop using this phone for Mobiliti.
